What is cognitive
behavioral therapy?

 This kind of therapy aids in development of personal coping strategies that target change for unhelpful patterns in the way you think. I would like to help you start (or remember how) to talk to yourself effectively and think safely. I would like to share some of what I’ve learned in my practice, with the goal that increased understanding, exposure to knowledge, and healthy support might allow you to create or begin a change you feel you need.
